Each year, Sinclair Recreation works closely with Carter's Kids to design, provide, and install playgrounds nation-wide. As of January 2019, Rich and Diane have attended 72 community builds to help enrich communities through play.

Rich and Diane are amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable and patient as they guide you through every step before the playground is constructed. “In November of 2014, we were directed to demolish our large wooden playground at Collins Elementary in Houghton Lake. We spent the winter months planning and seeking a company to replace our structure. In March of 2015, we met with Rich Sinclair from Sinclair Recreation. From the beginning of the planning stages to the completion of the construction, Mr. Sinclair has been fantastic! He is very knowledgeable of this industry and was easy to communicate with, as we needed to change our focus several times. Despite unfavorable Michigan weather and a small amount of volunteers, Rich and his crew arrived on our site ready to work. Within 3.5 days, our playground was completed, ready for students.
